Job summary

Jobot is hiring an Experienced Folder Gluer Operator for high-speed packaging production in Wisconsin. The role requires setting up and operating folder-gluer equipment, conducting quality inspections, and maintaining documentation for high-volume production on 2nd shift, Monday through Friday.

Candidates should have 2+ years in related machine operation and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of folder-gluer, bindery, packaging, printing, or related machine operation experience.
• Experience with quality inspections, production reporting, and manufacturing documentation; ability to read measuring tools and work with tight tolerances.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Flexible to work overtime and additional shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up folder-gluer equipment to produce folding cartons and packaging per customer specs.
• Troubleshoot setup, feeder, glue, and folding issues to maximize uptime and output.
• Monitor quality, complete production documentation, and perform inspections per SOPs.
• Meet setup times, run speeds, and delivery schedules while working safely in a fast-paced environment.
