Job summary

sg360° is seeking a Finishing Supervisor to lead daily production activities within the Finishing Department and ensure on‑time completion with high quality. The role requires hands‑on leadership, task delegation, staffing adjustments, and issue resolution under the Shift Manager’s guidance.

Responsibilities include directing various finishing operations (Folding, Cutting, Attaching, Imaging, Inserting, Die‑Cutting, Shrink Wrapping) and coaching staff to meet safety and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of bindery, finishing, or related production experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a lead, trainer, or supervisor in a production environment preferred.
• Experience coordinating daily workflows and responding to production issues.
• Basic computer skills, including reading/responding to work‑related email.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven production environment.
• Ability to work overtime as business and production needs require.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production schedules and adjust priorities to support on‑time completion.
• Assign and adjust staffing to maximize productivity.
• Review job tickets and ensure revisions and updates are completed accurately.
• Communicate job status, production quantities, issues, rework, staffing needs to the Shift Manager.
• Train employees on job responsibilities, equipment operation, and safety.
