The Finishing & Fulfillment Supervisor works in concert with the Production Manager and Planning Scheduler to manage Finishing and Fulfillment tasks and people for all projects, ensuring on-time, quality-ready delivery for clients. Finishing covers all hands-on production work performed after printing, including handwork, mounting, weeding, trimming, and laminating. Fulfillment covers everything required to get a finished project out the door, including quality control (QC) inspection, kiting, and packaging.
This role owns final quality inspection before shipment and balances hands-on work with planning and coaching — roughly one-third working, one-third planning, and one-third coaching — to keep the finishing team running smoothly and shipment ready.

The Finishing & Fulfillment Supervisor independently manages daily department operations, escalating issues that impact customer commitments or production schedules.
This position directly supervises 6–8 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; monitoring performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
