Job summary

SG360° is seeking a Shift Manager (3rd Shift) to oversee finishing operations, including folding, cutting, attaching, imaging, inserting, die-cutting, and shrink wrapping. You will lead a team, manage staffing, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in bindery/finishing, strong leadership, and proficiency with general computer tools; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10 years of bindery/finishing experience.
• Strong background in leading people, managing workflows, and solving operational issues.
• Experience in a high-volume production environment preferred.
• General computer proficiency.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead finishing operations across folding, cutting, attaching, imaging, inserting, die-cutting and shrink wrapping.
• Coordinate staffing to maximize productivity and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain production records including machine used, crew and data.
• Train, mentor and cross-train employees on responsibilities and policies.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and USPS regulations.
• Uphold safety and housekeeping standards across the shift.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
