Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical/technical aptitude.
• Entry level computer skills.
• Set up and trouble shoot glue systems (Leary/ Mactron/ Alpina/ Pafra).
• Familiarity with SAP and PEAK systems.
• Willingness to train feeders/catchers and supervise crew.

Responsibilities

• Adjust glue machinery to fit carton style and maintain optimum speed.
• Detect and correct malfunctions quickly to minimize downtime.
• Oversee crew working on gluer machinery and train feeders/catchers.
• Perform maintenance on gluer equipment and keep records (SAP).
• Prepare and run labelaire, Domino and other related machines per specs.
• Maintain safety and quality through hourly production measurements.
