Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking a Finishing Operator for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 1:50pm-10pm) in Oak Harbor, OH. You will package slit rolls to customer specs, operate the manual packaging line, and assist in equipment and 5S duties to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent manufacturing experience), safety focus, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• Must follow written and oral instructions with safety as a core value.
• Strong service and quality focus; identify root causes and educate the team.

Responsibilities

• Sort, label, and package finished goods per specs.
• Inspect appearance of finished products.
• Maintain supplies and prepare cores for machines.
• Coordinate information to shift/personnel for smooth operations.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist in equipment maintenance and partner with team.
