You will rotate to higher levels of responsibility as needed. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, safety-mindedness, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Communicate with shift personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Track multiple orders and verify materials.
• Set up and changeover machines; monitor performance.
• Record operating data including downtime and yields.
• Support continuous improvement and 5S activities.
