Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3rd shift floor operations from raw material to finished carton.
• Enforce ISO 9001, safety, and quality standards; report nonconformance.
• Mentor operators, provide coaching and training on best practices.
• Coordinate tasks based on employee strengths and workloads.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support maintenance as needed.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste and downtime.
