Job summary

Paradigm Integrated Facility Services in the United States is seeking a Site Finishing Supervisor to manage and supervise all finishing work on site, ensuring daily and weekly activities are planned and monitored. You will coordinate flooring, tiling, plastering, painting, false ceilings, carpentry, doors, windows, waterproofing and other finishing tasks to meet approved drawings and specifications.

• Manage and supervise finishing work on site
• Plan and monitor daily and weekly finishing activities
• Coordinate flooring, tiling, plastering, painting, false ceiling, carpentry, doors, windows, waterproofing, and other finishing works
• Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, QA/QC, safety, procurement, and subcontractor teams
• Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower, materials, and productivity
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely snag and rework closure
• Ensure proper material planning and minimize material wastage
• Coordinate with clients/consultants for inspections and approvals
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Maintain daily/weekly progress reports and provide updates to the Project Manager
• Support final inspection, snag clearance, and project handover
