Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is recruiting a Finishing Manager to join a busy housebuilding site in Kentucky. You will coordinate finishing trades, compile snagging lists and ensure plots are handed over on schedule.

The role is predominantly off the tools, but you must be willing to undertake minor remedial works to keep completions on track and maintain high quality across all plots. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential to manage multiple trades and meet year-end targets.

• Strong knowledge of finishing trades, snagging and plot handovers.
