Qualifications

• Basic reporting skills using Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities at construction and interior project sites.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and all interior trades.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Assist in material planning, procurement follow-ups, and ensuring correct materials reach the site on time.
• Maintain daily site reports, attendance, progress updates, and documentation.
• Identify site issues and work with the project manager to resolve them quickly.
• Ensure installation of interior elements such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, furniture, lighting, and MEP works are completed correctly.
• Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates when required.
• Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and proper workforce management.
