Whitley Evergreen is seeking a Final Finish Exterior team member to complete detailed interior finishing tasks at the end of construction projects. You will ensure spaces meet quality standards and are visually clean and ready for occupancy or final inspection.

Responsibilities include final interior touch-ups, installing sheathing and weather barriers, windows and siding, exterior caulk and paint, and maintaining tools in a safe, organized manner.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience preferred.

• Install windows and siding
• Apply exterior caulk and paint
• Perform detailed finishing tasks including touch-ups, repairs, cleaning and installations
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in safe and organized manner
• Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards
• Other duties as assigned
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times
• Be very detail oriented and well organized

Position Objective:

The Final Finish Exterior team member is responsible for completing detailed interior finishing tasks at the end of construction or renovation projects. This role ensures that all interior spaces meet quality standards, are visually clean and consistent, and are ready for client occupancy or final inspection.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform final interior touch-ups including cleaning, detailing, and minor repairs


• Install structural sheathing and apply weather resistant barriers


• Install windows and siding


• Apply exterior caulk and paint


• Perform detailed finishing tasks including touch-ups, repairs, cleaning and installations


• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in safe and organized manner


• Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards

Requirements

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and kneeling throughout the workday; must be able to lift and carry moderate loads, use cleaning tools and basic hand tools, and work in environments that may include dust, noise, and varying conditions. Attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently are essential.
