Job summary

Milestone Career Planner is seeking an experienced on-site supervisor to oversee interior fit-out and renovation projects in Kentucky. You will manage crews, subcontractors, and materials to deliver high-quality work on schedule. Qualifications

• Relevant education or training in interior construction, interior design technology, civil/construction, or related field; diploma preferred.
• Proven experience supervising interior fit-out, renovation, or finishing work on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, interior safety regulations, and practical construction tools.
• Ability to read and interpret interior drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications such as first aid/CPR or site safety trainings are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site interior crews, subcontractors, and labor; give clear instructions and monitor workmanship, schedule adherence, and progress.
• Conduct frequent site inspections to identify hazards, enforce safety rules, and make sure interior works comply with regulations and protocols.
• Review interior drawings, finishes, materials, and specifications to confirm installation aligns with design, safety, and budget requirements; recommend changes to improve efficiency or quality.
• Coordinate delivery, storage, and use of materials and equipment for interior works, including carpentry, flooring, painting, fixtures, lighting, and related MEP interfaces.
• Track daily progress, attendance, incidents, and quality issues; maintain accurate site records and reports for project leadership.
• Assist in resolving on-site issues or conflicts, support corrective actions, and communicate status or needs to management and design teams.
