Menasha Corporation is seeking a Group Leader – Finishing for 2nd shift in Nebraska. You will guide the finishing team in the supervisor's absence, ensure safety, quality, and efficient production, and maintain records and communication across shifts.

The role emphasizes lean manufacturing support, training, and adherence to GMP-like quality guidelines, with a $2.00/hr shift differential and a standard 3:00 pm–11:00 pm schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Safety sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.
• Overtime and weekend availability as needed.
• Ability to work in a production environment with moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to department staff when supervisor is absent.
• Maintain organized workflow and production quality in area.
• Ensure safety, attendance, and overtime readiness.
• Read work orders and verify correct products are made.
• Maintain production records and shift communication.
• Maximize efficiency with planned assignments.
• Keep area clean and safe; support preventive maintenance.
• Train new operators and oversee operator absence coverage.
