Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Neenah, Wisconsin is seeking a Production Lead for the 10pm–6am Sun–Thu shift to oversee the Folding Gluer area and adjacent production lines.

You will coach team members, monitor safety, coordinate schedules, and work with other leaders to improve productivity and quality.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with strong communication, teamwork, and ERP/Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a rotating shift and overtime.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies are followed and promote safe practices.
• Provide daily coaching and feedback to department employees.
• Increase productivity to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate overtime postings and production schedules.
• Collaborate with Area Managers and Supervisors to resolve issues.
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
