Job summary

Menasha Corporation in York, Pennsylvania is seeking a Group Leader – Finishing for the 2nd shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday) with a $2.00 per hour shift differential.

The role provides guidance to department staff in the supervisor’s absence and requires a focus on safety, quality, and productive performance. You will read work orders, maintain production records, train operators, and support lean initiatives while ensuring clean, safe work areas and adherence to GMP

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work effectively in team-based production.
• Experience in a manufacturing/finishing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide finishing department staff in the supervisor's absence.
• Maintain organized workflow to maximize quality and production.
• Ensure safety, attendance, and overtime needs are met.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and operation of equipment.
• Train new operators and communicate with shifts.
