Job summary

Qualifications

• Follow setup processes and adjust based on product.
• Perform quality checks and record data on work orders.

Responsibilities

• Operate Level 1 Finisher tasks and ensure welds meet specs.
• Inspect finished parts for width/length accuracy and defects.
• Adjust belt tension and tooling to maintain throughput.
• Document quality data and report issues to engineering.
• Support continuous improvement and training of others.
