Fenner Precision Polymers is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator to operate and set up wire cloth manufacturing equipment, including crimpers, straighteners, presses, and welders. The role includes performing quality inspections, maintaining a 6S workplace, and supporting team members across Level I–III operations.

A Monday–Thursday schedule with a 4:30pm–3:00am shift is offered to join a safety‑focused production team.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Able to identify safety hazards and follow safety procedures.
• Experience with setup and operation of manufacturing equipment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and set up Crimpers, Straighteners, Presses, and related equipment.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized 6S work area and follow safety protocols.
• Support Level I-III operators and assist with training as needed.
