Fenner Precision Polymers is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm - 11:30pm) in Lancaster, PA. The role involves assembling components, reading orders for belt specs, and operating production machinery.

You will use calipers, tape measures, and computers to manage manufacturing orders and ensure quality. The ideal candidate will perform machine setup, monitor operations, verify dimensions, and carry out minor maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components as required.
• Use computers to close out and reprint manufacturing orders.
• Read manufacturing orders to determine belt specifications.
• Read calipers and tape measures to verify dimensions.
• Set up machines: controller length, payoff speed, cutter, benders, dump tray, Z-center per belt number.
• Operate and monitor machines to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Measure wire dimensions to ensure accuracy.
• Perform minor machine maintenance such as lubrication and cleaning.
• Move finished stacks to the designated area.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
