Job summary

Fenner PLC is hiring for Level 1-3 Finisher roles in Lancaster, PA. Positions operate on 2nd and 3rd shifts with a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 6 months of employment. Finishing duties include welding setup, quality checks, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Level 1-3 Finishers progress from basic to advanced responsibilities, with opportunities to train others and manage complex finishing tasks while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate all welder styles and independently adjust equipment for proper weld.
• Able to follow standard table setup and adjust based on product type.
• Capable of using measuring tape and performing fractions/decimals math.

Responsibilities

• Operate all welder styles and independently adjust equipment for proper weld.
• Follow the standard table setup process and adjust setup based on product type.
• Utilize tape measure and perform measurements using fractions and decimals.
• Maintain quality by reviewing appearance and specifications; record quality data on the work order.
• Weld balanced weave jobs and other high-runners without supervision; meet throughput expectations.
• Diagnose problems and follow work instructions with limited supervision.
• Support continuous improvement and train Level 1 & 2 Finishers as needed.
