Job summary

Fenner Precision Polymers is seeking a Level 1-3 Finisher to operate welders, set up equipment, and ensure parts meet exact specifications. This role emphasizes precision, quality checks, and teamwork in a 3:00pm–11:30pm shift, Monday through Friday.

A strong focus on safety and continuous improvement drives daily tasks and training of peers. Responsibilities include operating all welder styles, performing quality inspections, troubleshooting issues, and supporting process improvements.

Qualifications

• Operates all welder styles and adjusts equipment for proper welds.
• Performs quality checks and records results per work order.
• Troubleshoots to resolve quality or process issues across products.
• Supports continuous improvement and team objectives.
• Adapts to various finishing requirements and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Operate welders and adjust equipment for proper welds.
• Follow setup procedures and adjust setup based on product.
• Use tape measure and perform calculations for dimensions.
• Conduct quality checks and record data per work order.
• Identify defects and adjust processes to meet specs.
• Maintain throughput and balance workload across finishes.
• Train Level 1/2 finishers as needed.
• Support finishing inspector duties and sign off on quality.
