Job summary

Fenner, Inc. is seeking skilled Finisher candidates for a Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm shift. The role spans Level 1 through Level 3 responsibilities in finishing operations on a variety of parts, with emphasis on quality, precision, and throughput.

Level 1 requires basic welding operation, measurement, defect identification, and quality record-keeping. Level 2 adds advanced finishing requirements and cross-training duties.

Qualifications

• Operate all welder styles and adjust equipment for proper welds.
• Follow setup processes and adjust setup based on product.
• Perform quality checks and record quality information on work orders.
• Diagnose problems and follow instructions with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Level 1 Finisher: operate welders, verify dimensions, inspect welds, and maintain quality.
• Level 2 Finisher: master finishing requirements and assist with tooling and throughput.
• Level 3 Finisher: lead quality sign-off, train others, and drive continuous improvement.
