Job summary

Wynalda Packaging is seeking a detail-focused, hands-on shipping/receiving associate to join our 1st shift team. This role requires maintaining accuracy, meeting deadlines, and staying active on the floor while coordinating with teammates and carriers in a fast-paced environment.

You'll organize and stage goods, prepare paperwork, and work with internal and external partners to keep shipments moving on schedule.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience strongly preferred; licensure helpful.
• Ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and pivot quickly in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with multitasking.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Dependability and the ability to stay active on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Organize and stage finished goods for outbound shipment or internal warehouse transfer.
• Create shipping paperwork that aligns with customer-specific rules and documentation needs.
• Coordinate shipment timing with internal stakeholders and external shippers.
• Work collaboratively with the shipping team to meet schedule commitments and ensure proper storage.
