Job summary

Wynalda Packaging is seeking an organized Shipping Coordinator for the 2nd shift. The role involves coordinating with clients and shippers, preparing quotes, negotiating courier fees, and ensuring accurate shipping documentation and records.

Flexibility to stay late for truck arrivals is valued, with a fast-paced environment and opportunities to advance within the company. Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years shipping/receiving experience, excellent communication, and computer literacy.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years shipping & receiving experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and time management skills are essential.
• Flexible hours with potential late shifts for truck arrivals.
• Computer literacy and basic warehouse software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve complaints.
• Prepare shipping quotes for customers.
• Negotiate shipping fees with couriers.
• Accurately prepare shipping documentation per customer requirements.
• Maintain meticulous shipment records.
• Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely handling and proper storage.
• Assist with general Shipping Clerk functions.
