Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a results-driven warehouse operations leader in Michigan to oversee daily activities, drive productivity, and manage budgets. You will supervise supervisors and leads, implement efficiency programs, and partner with safety, HR and engineering to sustain safe and productive operations.

The role emphasizes staff development, KPI achievement, and inventory integrity within a 3PL environment. Travel about 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field and at least five years of warehousing or distribution experience.
• Minimum of three years in a leadership role overseeing teams.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to meet productivity goals.
• Lead supervisors and direct reports; analyze throughput and capacity.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and safety programs.
• Manage budgets, costs and financial reporting for the area.
• Coordinate with safety, HR and engineering to drive productivity.
