  • Operate power tools such as chop saws and table saws in accordance with safety standards and site procedures.
  • Follow commercial construction practices and coordinate with other trades on site to complete tasks on schedule.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly store tools and materials.
  • Adhere to all site safety guidelines and regulations, including OSHA-related practices, where applicable.
  • Adapt to repetitive copy and paste suite layouts while delivering consistent quality, and adjust methods for customized rooms as needed.
  • Remain flexible to potential schedule changes and overtime requirements as the project progresses.

  • Comfort working on large-scale projects with repetitive layouts and occasional custom work.
  • Willingness to travel for future projects may be advantageous once in a permanent role.

Work Environment

This position is based onsite at a new stadium construction project in Nashville, TN, focused on building out all of the suites. There are approximately 130 suites, many of which follow a repeatable layout, with some customized rooms requiring additional attention to detail. The standard work schedule is 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. There is no current overtime, but you must remain open to schedule changes and potential overtime as the project advances. You must provide your own set of hand tools, including mallets and clamps, while specialty power tools such as table saws and chop saws are supplied on site. The role takes place in an active commercial construction environment, requiring adherence to safety protocols and coordination with other trades throughout the facility.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
