Job summary

Fast-Trans Supported Community Living in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for weekend and as-needed shifts. This role supports individuals with disabilities at home, helping maintain independence and a safe living environment.

You will assist with personal care, daily routines, and participation in community activities while documenting updates for supervisors. Training is provided, and flexible scheduling can accommodate other commitments.

About the Role:

Fast-Trans Supported Community Living is looking for reliable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team for weekend and as-needed shifts! This position is ideal for individuals looking for supplemental income, flexible work opportunities, or a meaningful way to make a difference in their community.

As a DSP, you'll support individuals with disabilities in their homes, helping them maintain independence, participate in daily activities, and enjoy a safe and supportive living environment.

Available Shifts:

• First Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Second Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Third Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Weekend positions offer regularly scheduled weekend shifts, while PRN positions provide opportunities to pick up shifts based on availability and staffing needs.
