Fast-Trans Supported Community Living is seeking reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for weekend and PRN shifts to support individuals with disabilities in their homes, promoting independence and a safe living environment.

You will assist with personal care, daily routines, meals, light housekeeping, and community activities, while documenting care and communicating with the team.

This role offers flexible scheduling, training, and meaningful, community-focused work.

About the Role:

Fast-Trans Supported Community Living is looking for reliable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team for weekend and as-needed shifts! This position is ideal for individuals looking for supplemental income, flexible work opportunities, or a meaningful way to make a difference in their community.

As a DSP, you'll support individuals with disabilities in their homes, helping them maintain independence, participate in daily activities, and enjoy a safe and supportive living environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with personal care, daily routines, and independent living skills.
• Support community outings, recreational activities, and social engagement.
• Assist with medication administration and other health-related needs.

Available Shifts:

• First Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Second Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Third Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Weekend positions offer regularly scheduled weekend shifts, while PRN positions provide opportunities to pick up shifts based on availability and staffing needs.
