EFFRAIM HOME CARE AGENCY LLC is seeking a dependable PRN Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our staffing team in Pennsylvania. The role offers flexible scheduling with shifts that adapt to your availability and our staffing needs.

You will provide direct support, ADLs assistance, medication help where permitted, meal prep, safety monitoring, and documentation. We value reliability, compassion, patience, and a commitment to quality care for residents in residential/group homes.

Qualifications

• Reliable and compassionate DSP with ability to work PRN shifts.
• Experience in residential/group home care preferred.
• Ability to follow ISPs and report changes to supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support, supervision and companionship to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support personal care and daily routines as required.
• Provide medication assistance where permitted by regulations and policy.
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Assist with household and daily living activities.
• Support transportation and community-based activities.
• Promote independence, dignity, safety and choice.
• Monitor residents and maintain a safe environment.
• Complete required daily documentation and records accurately.
• Communicate with supervisors, coworkers, families and care team.
• Follow ISPs, agency policies and safety requirements.
• Report changes in health, safety or behavior to supervisors.

Pay: $18.50–$19 per hour

We are looking for dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our PRN staffing team.

• Providing medication assistance or administration as permitted by applicable regulations, company policy, and completed training

• Assisting with household and daily living activities

• Completing required daily documentation, progress notes, and other records accurately
• Communicating appropriately with supervisors, coworkers, families, and other members of the care team

• Reporting changes in behavior, health, safety, or other concerns to the appropriate supervisor
