Fred Meyer Jewelers is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our retail team in the jewelry department. You will engage customers, educate on product quality and value, and help turn moments into lasting memories through a welcoming shopping experience.

The role emphasizes high standards of customer service, teamwork, and adherence to store policies. Training in sales techniques and product knowledge is provided to support your success in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Commitment to excellence and desire to grow in a sales environment.
• Goal oriented with strong sales drive and desire to succeed.
• Minimum 18 years of age and ability to pass a drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Model Customer 1st behavior and deliver excellent customer service.
• Achieve personal sales targets and promote add-on services (e.g., protection plans).
• Promote Diamond Parties and special events with every customer.
• Work with teammates to achieve store goals and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Build relationships with customers to create lasting emotional connections (clienteling).
• Provide product knowledge and help customers select quality jewelry and gems.
• Assist with price checks, mounts/settings, and jewelry/watch repairs estimates.
• Operate POS and handle payments or credit authorizations.
• Perform basic store upkeep and merchandising per corporate plans.
• Maintain safety and security per Loss Prevention policies.
• Participate in inventory and complete counts as required.
