Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior and deliver excellent customer service.
• Achieve personal sales targets and credit applications per store goals.
• Promote Diamond Parties and special events with every customer.
• Collaborate with team to reach store goals and create a positive atmosphere.
• Foster life-long emotional connections with customers via clienteling.
• Provide product knowledge and benefits to customers when presenting merchandise.
• Advise on jewelry quality, cuts, value, and mounting selections.
• Attend monthly meetings and operate POS for transactions.
• Inspect and clean customer jewelry and provide repair estimates.
