Qualifications

• Model Customer 1st behavior and deliver excellent customer service.
• Achieve personal sales targets and credit applications.
• Promote Diamond Parties and special events with customers.
• Work with teammates to meet store goals and maintain a positive environment.
• Foster life-long emotional connections with customers through clienteling.
• Provide product knowledge and help customers select jewelry and settings.
• Operate POS and handle payments or credit authorization.
• Maintain display merchandise per corporate plans and assist with openings/closings.
