You will use your product knowledge to educate customers, promote loyalty and warranty programs, and support inventory, events, and merchandise presentation. A friendly, professional demeanor and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Provide product recommendations and assist with fittings, creating a welcoming shopping experience.
• Drive sales and operational excellence using product knowledge, POS tools, and accurate stock presentation.
• Leverage clienteling tools to promote offers and product launches and support loyalty programs.
• 1–2 years of related experience required.
