Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague in a full-time capacity. You will deliver exceptional customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch complex, using deep product knowledge to guide customers to the perfect piece and to celebrate their special moments.

You will promote loyalty programs, assist with inventory and events, and maintain a well-presented, secure merchandising area while building lasting client relationships through consultative selling.

Qualifications

1–2 years of related sales or jewelry experience required.
Ability to learn and share knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones and luxury brands.
Strong interpersonal skills and guest-focused service mindset.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex.
Educate customers on metals, gemstones and luxury brands; drive sales.
Promote loyalty and warranty programs; support events.
Assist with inventory, fulfillment and merchandising.
Build client relationships through consultative selling and clienteling.
Ensure security, accuracy and presentation of merchandise.
