Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague in Nashua, NH to deliver exceptional service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will educate clients on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, helping them choose pieces and build lasting relationships through consultative selling.

You’ll promote loyalty programs, assist with inventory and events, and ensure impeccable merchandise presentation while meeting sales goals and delivering a memorable shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related retail sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to educate customers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands.
• Ability to build client relationships and use clienteling tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote loyalty and warranty programs and support events.
• Maintain inventory, fulfill orders, and ensure secure, accurate merchandising.
