Macy's Fine Jewelry seeks a Sales Colleague to provide exceptional customer service and expert guidance in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will educate customers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, building lasting relationships through consultative selling.

You will promote loyalty programs, support inventory and fulfillment, and assist with special events, ensuring a welcoming, knowledgeable shopping experience and exceptional presentation of merchandise.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience required.
• Provide product recommendations and assist with fittings and digital shopping tools.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Drive sales and client loyalty through organized, shoppable spaces and vendor training.
