Job summary

Macy's Inc. is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver elegant, personalized service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You’ll educate customers on precious metals, gemstones and luxury brands, helping select items that fit taste, budget and occasion.

You’ll build lasting client relationships through consultative selling, hospitality, and use of our clientele program, while promoting loyalty and warranty programs and supporting events. Full-time/part-time schedules apply.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Read and understand policies and safety rules in English
• Provide product recommendations and assist with fittings and digital shopping tools
• Drive sales and client loyalty while maintaining organized sales space

Responsibilities
