Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a dedicated Fine Jewelry Operating Assistant in Costa Mesa, CA, to manage front- and back-of-house operations, ensuring secure stock handling and timely fulfillment. You will partner with store colleagues to maintain inventory controls and deliver a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities include packing and shipping orders, receiving and organizing stock, and training colleagues on product features and security standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One to two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Pack and ship fulfillment orders and client sends, and process repairs and special orders.
• Receive, store, merchandise, and organize stock; coordinate transfers, returns, and markdowns.
• Maintain shortage controls, security standards, key logs, signage, and inventory counts.
• Communicate new product arrivals and educate colleagues on product features and security standards.
• Complete daily diamond testing and order operational supplies.
