Qualifications

• Self-motivated team player with strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple tasks.
• Industrial, mining, production or similar hands-on work experience preferred.
• Ability to follow direction, communicate clearly, and work well with the Fine Grind team.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Heavy equipment experience preferred; loader experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Fine Grind Operator 2 to complete daily operating and maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.
• Support Fine Grind Plant operations while maintaining high standards for housekeeping, productivity, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Collect product samples and communicate with the lab to help maintain product quality.
• Coordinate and load customer trucks in a timely, professional manner.
• Operate heavy equipment, including a loader, to support material handling and plant feed processing.
• Identify, report, and help correct safety concerns to protect yourself, your team, and the worksite.
• Complete required daily, weekly, monthly, and annual documentation, including workplace exams, mobile equipment pre-ops, work orders, and environmental forms.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks, including lubrication, oiling, inspections, and other equipment care as assigned.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by the management team.
