Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking a dependable Fine Grind Operator 1 to join our production team at the Fine Grind Plant. This hands-on role supports daily operations, equipment care, product quality, and customer truck loading in a fast-paced environment.

We value safety, accountability, and teamwork. The position offers entry-level pay of $16–$19 per hour, with opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to a large, international organization.

Qualifications

• A safety-minded, team-oriented mindset is required.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.
• Flexibility to cover mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operating and maintenance tasks safely.
• Support plant operations while maintaining housekeeping and safety.
• Collect product samples and coordinate with the lab.
• Load customer trucks promptly and professionally.
• Operate heavy equipment such as a loader.
• Complete required documentation and perform basic maintenance.
