APAC Central Inc., a CRH company, seeks a dependable Fine Grind Operator 1 to join our Oklahoma production team. You will support daily operations, equipment care, product quality, and truck loading at the Fine Grind Plant, contributing to a clean, productive work environment.

You will work with the Fine Grind Operator 2, perform maintenance tasks, collect samples, and help ensure safety and environmental compliance while loading customer trucks. Heavy equipment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Safety-focused, team player with a commitment to quality.

• Industrial/production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and communicate clearly.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays as needed.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Assist Fine Grind Operator 2 with daily tasks safely and efficiently.
• Support plant operations, housekeeping, and safety standards.
• Collect product samples and coordinate with the lab to ensure quality.
• Coordinate and load customer trucks in a timely, professional manner.
• Operate loader and other heavy equipment to support plant feed processing.
• Identify and report safety concerns to protect the team and site.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly/environmental documentation and checks.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as lubrication and inspections.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.

Fine Grind Operator 1

We are seeking a dependable, safety-minded Fine Grind Operator 1 to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you will support daily operations, equipment care, product quality, and customer truck loading at the Fine Grind Plant. What You'll Do

• Work closely with the Fine Grind Operator 2 to complete daily operating and maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.
• Support Fine Grind Plant operations while maintaining high standards for housekeeping, productivity, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Collect product samples and communicate with the lab to help maintain product quality.
• Coordinate and load customer trucks in a timely, professional manner.
• Operate heavy equipment, including a loader, to support material handling and plant feed processing.
• Identify, report, and help correct safety concerns to protect yourself, your team, and the worksite.
• Complete required daily, weekly, monthly, and annual documentation, including workplace exams, mobile equipment pre-ops, work orders, and environmental forms.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks, including lubrication, oiling, inspections, and other equipment care as assigned.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by the management team.

• Industrial, mining, production, or similar hands-on work experience preferred.
• Ability to follow direction, communicate clearly, and work well with the Fine Grind team.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Heavy equipment experience preferred; loader experience is a plus.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Frequently required to climb, balance, and perform tasks involving physical agility.
• Regularly sit, climb, and use hand signals or equipment; occasionally stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, or reach above shoulder height.
• Lift and move objects weighing up to 25-50 lbs as needed.
• Work primarily outdoors, often in extreme weather and environmental conditions.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions; exposed to jobsite hazards such as moving machinery, high places, airborne particles, and loud environments.
• Must have specific vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, to operate equipment safely.
