Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH Company, is hiring a Fine Grind Operator 1 to support daily plant operations, equipment care, product quality, and loading customer trucks. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with the Fine Grind Operator 2, performing maintenance, sampling, and documentation to ensure high quality at the plant. Entry-level pay ranges from $16 to $19 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Safety-minded and dependable in a production setting.
• Team player with a focus on quality and safety.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills including MS Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist Fine Grind Operator 2 with daily operating and maintenance tasks.
• Support plant operations with housekeeping, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Collect product samples and liaise with the lab to maintain quality.
• Coordinate loading of customer trucks in a professional, timely manner.
• Operate heavy equipment such as a loader to support material handling.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly documentation and inspections.
