Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, fine dining setting with strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute menu items aligned with restaurant standards and customer preferences.
• Supervise kitchen staff, monitor inventory, control costs and minimize waste.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene.
