The role emphasizes strong leadership, budgeting, and collaboration with events staff to tailor menus for private functions, while upholding safety standards and a vibrant guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as an Executive Chef in upscale, high-volume settings.
• 5+ years of progressive BOH leadership in a high-volume restaurant and event center environment.
• Culinary degree preferred; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all culinary operations in the restaurant and private events (banquets).
• Develop and execute seasonal menus that showcase creativity and culinary excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
• Manage food costing, inventory, and budgeting to meet financial targets.
• Collaborate with events team to create custom menus for private events and banquets.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety per regulations.
