Whiskey Joe's is a waterfront dining venue in Florida seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver polished, attentive service in a fast-paced environment. You will welcome guests, present menus, and relay accurate orders to the kitchen and bar while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in full-service dining, excellent communication, and a detail-oriented approach. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with tips, benefits, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Server in a full-service, fast paced restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverage options.
• Relay accurate orders to kitchen and bar staff promptly.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner while upholding service standards.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and reset tables as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and a positive environment.
