Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a side or saut cook in a full service restaurant.
• Experience with fresh products preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and listen to supervisors, team members, vendors, suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work on time and works at the side station as scheduled.
• Sets up the side station with all food items, equipment, plateware, ingredients and supplies.
• Preps and cooks food according to Ruth’s Chris recipes and standards.
• Maintains sanitation, cleanliness and food safety of the work area.
