Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cook all potatoes, vegetables and hot appetizers to Ruth’s Chris standards.
• Set up the side station with all prep items and equipment for service.
• Assist kitchen staff and follow recipes and procedures as written.
• Maintain sanitation, safety and cleanliness of work area.
• Ensure proper timing and plating for guest dining experiences.
