Job summary

The Dining Room Attendant role at Biltmore Workforce Management supports servers and supervisors in delivering Forbes Four-Star service, including water service at meals, bread and butter, and wine descriptions. You also assist in resetting tables and maintaining dining spaces.

This position requires strong guest service focus, speed, accuracy, and excellent organization. 18+ and able to lift up to 50 pounds; weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred.
• Strong guest service mindset and ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers by replenishing table items and addressing guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of service procedures and standards.
• Comply with state liquor regulations and monitor IDs.
• Set and reset tables, replace linens, and stock service areas.
• Close dining area and ensure cleanliness of dining facility.
