Qualifications

• Prior experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain any state/local alcohol service permits or certifications (e.g., TABC, ServSafe Alcohol).
• Must obtain and maintain any state/local food service certifications (e.g. Food Handlers Card, ServSafe).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally from arrival to departure.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and seasonal changes.
• Offer recommendations for food and beverage pairings, including wine and cocktails.
• Open, present, and pour wine according to fine dining standards.
