Job summary

Marriott Dallas/Fort Worth Westlake is seeking a Server to deliver elevated, refined service in our Food and Beverage team. You’ll guide guests through high-end dining with deep menu knowledge, wine and beverage pairings, and impeccable presentation.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, recommending pairings, open/pour wine, and collaborating with kitchen/bar to ensure seamless service. A polished appearance, strong communication, and flexible schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain alcohol service permits (TABC/ServSafe).
• Must obtain and maintain food service certifications (e.g., ServSafe).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for hospitality, food and beverage.
• Knowledge of wine varietals, regions and vintages.
• Remain calm, poised, and professional under pressure.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Polished appearance and grooming standards.
• Uphold sanitation standards in all service areas.

Responsibilities
